Prior to meeting Helena from firstlook Image Consultancy, I truly thought my wardrobe was current, up to date, hip and considered myself well dressed. This changed when Helena started her grooming, asking the right questions she began to understand me and coupling this information with her knowledge and ability in colour co-ordination, she managed to choose suitable colours that work with me.! Her guidance on how I should carry myself formally and casually was spot on, she also thought me to dress; how, what, where and when. I must admit there were instances when I didn't entirely agree with her suggestions, but she managed to prove me wrong with her recommendations. Her knowledge and passion in her field is refreshing, making her creative, thus bringing new ideas to the table while tailoring her thoughts and comments to me as an individual.
